Customs

Customs & Import Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Darwinfish.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing Car Plaques and Bumper Stickers will be listed in a way similar to the following example:

• Car Plaques value: $5.95
• Bumper Sticker value: $ 3.90

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently, we are not able to describe the contents in any other way.

When will my order arrive?
Your item will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order. Once your item is shipped, it will take the allotted amount of time for each type of delivery as stated above. Usually, if you place an order and have it delivered via USPS - 1st Class Mail, it will arrive at your doorstep within 4-8 days after you placed your order.

If you feel that your order has been misplaced or lost in the mail, always feel free to write us at order@darwinfish.com with any questions or concerns you may have.

What if I need my order in 2-3 days?
We can ship your item via USPS - Next Day Air or Global Priority Mail if you need your item immediately. You can place your order in one of two ways. You can place your order online and then give us a call or write us an e-mail which authorizes to do an additional charge to your card for the extra shipping charges OR you can call us at (360) 352-4492 and place your order over the phone. We have to receive your order by 11:00 am pacific standard time to get your order out that day, otherwise your order will be mailed the following morning.
